Here again it may be that the liquidator would be inadequately rewarded unless he wej“ allowed to draw something on the cash balance staken over. In oth cases, again, the winding up may be of so troublesome nature that, even though other substantial assets are got in, some additional re- muneration, calculated on the cash balances, may seem desirable.

Section 9 gives statutory recognition to a policy already communicated to the liquidators. The present intention is that permission shall be given only in very exceptional cases, if at all In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His
